Our country is full of politicians who apparently show off as the public servants, the guardian of people's rights but behind their white masks, there is always a deep darkness of corruption, murders and other antisocial activities. One of these politicians is Mangal Sngh.

The headquarter of Mangal Singh's illegal business is Raigarh. Durga a social worker backs Chandan, and educated village boy to fight election against the notorious Thakur Somnath the brother of Mangal Singh. People are with Durga and Chandan.

Mangal Singh tires to offer a deal to Durga's brother Rakesh who is a police inspector and is in love with Reeta, the daughter of Mangal Singh. Mangal Singh offers to marry his daughter to Rakesh and make him the owner of his assets. During the course of talks Mangal Singh comes to know that Durga is the only eyewitness to the murder of her parents, and she still remembers the killer's face.

The trouble starts for Mangal Singh because he is the killer. Raigarh is celebrating the victory of Chandan and Durga in the election, a massacre is created by Danyahath, an associate of Mangal Singh. Many people are killed but Durga, she is saved by an ex-dacoit Dilwawar the disciple of her father.

Now Durga is violent and revengeful. Rest of the story tells-how Durga and Dilawar confront with Danyahath?

How Rakesh the police inspector confronts with this dacoit sister Durga? How Durga unmasks Mangal Singh and what she has to say about the so called public leaders of our time and how public and law backing them.
